【Abstract】 Nd∶GGG crystal material was prepared by solid state reaction method.XRD analysis shown that the better reaction temperature is 1300 ℃.Through SEM observation showed that crystal powder was spherical,with an average particle size 1 μm.The strongest fluorescence peak was 1061.54 nm for the Nd∶GGG crystal,that is Nd3+ 4F3/2-4I11/2.更多还原
