【Abstract】 AlON,as a single phase transparent polycrystalline ceramic material with high strength and hardness,has excellent optical properties,especially from visible wavelengths to mid-infrared wavelengths,so it has been widely focused in recent years.In this paper,we introduce most properties of AlON transparent ceramic,review its process,its fabrication methods and application fields.Besides,we give some advice on reseach and development of AlON.更多还原
