复合微生物制剂对化粪池污泥厌氧消化效果的影响

【摘要】 以化粪池粪便污泥为研究对象,采用中温(35℃)厌氧消化,研究了投加复合微生物制剂HBH-Ⅱ对总固体(TS)、挥发性固体(VS)和COD减量效果的促进作用以及氨氮值的变化情况。结果表明:经过20 d的厌氧消化,对TS、VS和COD的去除率均以投量为0.05%的最大,分别达到36.43%、49.11%和46.97%,分别比对照的高9.75%、12.06%和13.14%。经处理后,NH4+-N含量均低于厌氧消化的抑制浓度(2 000 mg/L)。因此,在实际工程中可通过投加HBH-Ⅱ来提高对化粪池污泥的厌氧消化效率,实现减量化。

【Abstract】 Taking the nightsoil sludge from septic tank as research object,the effect of adding HBH-Ⅱ,a compound microbial preparation,on the removal rates of total solids(TS),volatile solids(VS) and COD as well as the change in NH+4-N content were investigated using mesophilic anaerobic digestion at 35 ℃.The results indicate that after the anaerobic digestion for 20 days,the maximum removal rates of TS,VS and COD are 36.43%,49.11% and 46.97% at HBH-Ⅱ dosage of 0.05%,which are 9.75%,12.06% and 13.14% higher than the control values,respectively.The NH+4-N content after treatment is less than the inhibition concentration(2 000 mg/L) of anaerobic digestion.Therefore,adding HBH-Ⅱ can improve the anaerobic digestion efficiency of nightsoil sludge from septic tank,thus realize the sludge reduction.
