厌氧内循环/两段好氧工艺处理粉丝生产废水
Internal Circulation Anaerobic Reactor/Two-stage Aerobic Processes for Treatment of Vermicelli Wastewater
【摘要】 采用厌氧内循环反应器/两段好氧组合工艺处理粉丝生产废水(处理规模为6000m3/d),在进水COD为4000~6000mg/L、SS为1500mg/L、pH为5~6.5的条件下,系统运行稳定,出水水质可满足设计要求,达到《山东省半岛流域水污染物综合排放标准》(DB37/676—2007)的二级标准。处理出水可用于灌溉农田,污泥可用作农肥,沼气可用于发电。该工程通过废水处理链式效应,实现了资源的循环综合利用,对于建立循环经济和可持续发展经济增长模式具有重要现实意义。
【Abstract】 The internal circulation anaerobic reactor/two-stage aerobic process was used to treat the vermicelli wastewater(6 000 m3/d).When the influent COD,SS and pH are 4 000 to 6 000 mg/L,1 500 mg/L and 5 to 6.5,the system operates stably,and the effluent quality can meet the design requirement and achieve the second criteria specified in the Integrated Discharge Standard of Wastewater Pollutants in Shandong Peninsula Basin(DB 37/676-2007).The effluent after treatment can be used for farmland irrigation,the sludge used as farm manure and the biogas used for power generation.Through the chain effect of wastewater treatment,the project realizes the comprehensive utilization of resources,and it has important practical significance for the establishment of circular economy and sustainable development model of economic growth.
