横岭污水处理厂一期工程的设计与运行

【摘要】 横岭污水处理厂一期工程处理规模为20×104m3/d,采用UCT工艺,通过闸门及混合液回流调节,可实现UCT、常规A2/O、A/O、改良A2/O四种工艺运行模式。介绍了工艺特点及其设计、运行参数。工程运行两年多来,出水水质达到了GB18918—2002的一级B标准,说明针对进水碳源浓度很低,氮、磷及悬浮物指标相对较高的污水,采用UCT工艺是合理可行的。

【Abstract】 The first-phase project of Hengling Wastewater Treatment Plant has a treatment capacity of 20×104 m3/d.The process was designed as UCT,however,it can be switched to A2/O,A/O and modified A2/O operating modes by regulating gate valves and mixed liquor recirculation.The technological features,the design and operating parameters are introduced.During the past two years after being put into operation,the effluent quality has reached the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002),proving that the UCT process is feasible for wastewater with low carbon source concentration while relatively high nitrogen,phosphorus and suspended solids.
