温度对生物滤塔处理H2S的影响研究
Influence of Temperature on Treatment of Hydrogen Sulfide by Biological Filtration Tower
【摘要】 生物除臭法利用微生物的代谢作用转化致臭物质,不会产生二次污染,适于处理污水处理厂的臭气。利用干式空气加热器调节生物滤塔原气的温度,进而调节塔内的反应温度,考察温度对生物滤塔去除H2S的影响。试验结果表明:温度越高,生物滤塔对H2S的去除率越高。在生物滤塔的停留时间为16.2s、H2S容积负荷为2.22g/(m3.h)的条件下,当塔内温度≥13℃时,出气中H2S的浓度可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级排放标准。
【Abstract】 Biological deodorization method uses microbial metabolism to transform odorous substances without secondary pollution,so it is suitable to deal with the odor from sewage treatment plants.Dry-type air heater was used to adjust the temperature of the biofilter original gas,and then adjust the biofilter temperature to investigate the effect of temperature on treatment of H2S by biological filtration tower.The experiment results show that the higher the temperature is,the higher the removal rate of H2S is.When the retention time is 16.2 s,the volume load of H2S is 2.22 g/(m3·h)and the temperature is not lower than 13 ℃,the H2S concentration in the outlet can meet the first level criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).
