改性微滤膜深度处理城市污水的研究
Advanced Treatment of Municipal Wastewater by Modified Microfiltration Membrane
【摘要】 采用改性SiO2纳米粒子对微滤膜进行改性,考察了改性微滤膜的分离特性及对城市污水的深度处理效果。结果表明,改性后的微滤膜表面的亲水性明显提高,膜的传质系数增大,膜阻力系数减小,膜的耐污性能大大增强;采用改性微滤膜处理城市污水厂的二级出水,膜出水水质可满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920—2002)的要求,且连续运行10h后,膜通量仍可稳定在150L/(m2.h)以上;适量增大过膜压力可提高膜通量和水回收率,错流过滤方式比死端过滤方式的膜通量高,内压进水方式比外压进水方式的膜通量高。
【Abstract】 Microfiltration membrane was modified by modified SiO2 nano-particle.The separation performance of modified microfiltration membrane and the advanced treatment efficiency of municipal wastewater were investigated.The results show that the surface hydrophilicity of modified microfiltration membrane is improved significantly,mass transfer coefficient increases,membrane resistance coefficient decreases,and its antifouling property is enhanced greatly.When the modified microfiltration membrane is applied to treat secondary effluent from WTTP,the membrane effluent quality can meet the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption(GB/T 18920-2002),and the membrane flux can maintain above 150 L/(m2·h)after 10 h.Increasing the trans-membrane pressure properly can improve membrane flux and wastewater recovery rate.The membrane flux under cross-flow filtration is higher than that under dead-end filtration.The membrane flux by internal pressure method is higher than that by external pressure method.
