不锈钢酸洗废水处理中的污泥减排技术

【摘要】 不锈钢行业酸洗废水的传统处理工艺为采用石灰碱化法做单步沉淀处理,该方法因石灰过量投加而导致污泥量过大。为此采用分步沉淀法进行了工艺改造,并分析了该工艺的出水水质、污泥产量、处理成本。工程实践表明:该工艺能使出水指标稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准,污泥减量70%以上,处理费用下降50%以上,值得推广应用。

【Abstract】 The traditional method of using lime to treat stainless steel acid cleaning wastewater(ACW) in one-stage precipitation generates large amount of sludge due to excessive lime dosage.Therefore,the process reconstruction was performed by two-step precipitation,and the effluent quality,sludge production,treatment cost were analyzed.The practice shows that the effluent quality can meet the first class discharge standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).The sludge is reduced by more than 70%,and the treatment cost is decreased by more than 50%.The process is worth to be widely applied.
