MBR/PAC组合工艺处理污水厂尾水的中试研究
Combined Process of MBR and PAC for Treatment of Tailwater from WWTP
【摘要】 在MBR中试的基础上,向MBR反应器中投加40 g/L粉末活性炭(PAC)构成MBR/PAC组合工艺并处理污水厂尾水。试验结果表明:MBR/PAC系统的出水BOD5≤4 mg/L、COD≤18 mg/L、氨氮≤0.3 mg/L、浊度≤0.2 NTU,处理效果优于MBR系统。PAC能吸附并降解易引起膜污染的有机物,有效降低了膜污染,减缓了过膜压力的增长趋势,保护了膜组件,并且运行效果良好。通过气洗和反冲洗能很好地维持膜的透过性能,离线清洗可基本恢复膜的透过性能。
【Abstract】 On the basis of MBR pilot test,a combined process of MBR and PAC(40 g/L) was composed to treat tailwater from WWTP.The results show that the BOD5,COD,NH+4-N and turbidity in the effluent of the combined process are equal to or less than 4 mg/L,18 mg/L,0.3 mg/L and 0.2 NTU respectively.Its treatment efficiency is better than that in MBR alone.PAC can degrade organic compounds which easily result in membrane fouling,thus reducing membrane fouling,alleviating the increasing trend of transmembrane pressure and protecting membrane module.The practical operation shows a good effect.Airwash and backwash can maintain high permeability of membrane.Its permeability can be recovered mainly by off-line wash.
