反硝化聚磷污泥的培养驯化及关键参数研究

【摘要】 反硝化聚磷污泥的培养是反硝化除磷工艺运行的前提。采用厌氧/好氧诱导富集PAOs、厌氧/缺氧诱导富集DPB、厌氧/缺氧连续流强化DPB的三阶段方式培养反硝化聚磷污泥,并考察了其关键参数。结果表明,采用该培养方式可成功培养出反硝化聚磷污泥;C/P是PAOs富集阶段的关键参数,其值宜控制在15~20;对于DPB的富集,C/N是关键参数,C/N为2~4时培养效果较好;而在连续流厌氧强化阶段,除C/N外,污泥回流比亦为关键参数,建议该阶段的污泥回流比取0.35~0.5。

【Abstract】 The cultivation of denitrifying phosphorus removal sludge is a basis of denitrifying phosphorus removal techniques.A three-phase enrichment method comprising PAOs enrichment under batch A/O,DPB enrichment under batch A/An,and DPB enhancement under continuous A/An was investigated.The results show that the denitrifying phosphorus removal sludge can be successfully cultured by the method.C/P is a key parameter in PAOs enrichment phase,and its value should be 15 to 20.C/N is a key parameter in DPB enrichment phase,and the advisable value is 2 to 4.The reflux ratio,in addition to the C/N ratio,affects the continuous A/An phase,and the suggested value is 0.35 to 0.5.
