规模化养鸭场粪污处理工程设计

【摘要】 提出以固液分离、厌氧中温发酵和生态鱼塘工艺对规模化畜禽养殖场污染物进行综合治理。通过生物制肥、沼液养鱼、生态鱼塘、鱼塘水回用、沼气利用达到污染物零排放、资源循环利用。实际运行表明,处理出水基本满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)标准,同时可产出有机肥、沼气、鲜鱼,工程运行稳定,经济效益和生态效益显著。该工程对于建立循环经济、农业废弃物循环利用、可持续发展的经济增长模式具有重要的现实意义和科学价值。

【Abstract】 A comprehensive treatment of sewage from large-scale duck farm by solid-liquid separation/mesophilic anaerobic fermentation/ecological fish pond is put foreword. The zero discharge of pollutants and recycling utilization of resource are achieved by biological fertilizer production,fish-farming with biogas liquid,ecological fish pond,reuse of fish pond water and biogas utilization. The effluent quality meets basically the requirement of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T 18920-2002). The production of organic fertilizer and biogas,and the fish farming can be simultaneously conducted. The project is operated stably,and the economic and ecological benefits are remarkable. The application of this project has an important significance and scientific value for establishing an economic growth mode with circular economy,recycling utilization of agricultural pollutants and sustainable development.
