利用盐酸酸洗废液制备聚合氯化铁铝混凝剂的研究
Preparation of Polyferric Aluminum Chloride by Waste Hydrochloric Acid Pickling Liquor
【摘要】 以盐酸酸洗废液为主要原料,通过添加少量的铝酸钙粉,经氧化、酸溶、聚合、稳定过程制备了无机高分子复合混凝剂——聚合氯化铁铝(PFAC),分析了制备PFAC的优化条件,探讨了稳定剂种类和投量对PFAC稳定性的影响,同时考察了该混凝剂对生活污水的净化效果。结果表明,PFAC的最佳制备条件为:反应时间为2 h,反应温度为65℃,铝酸钙粉投量为25 g/300 mL;以磷酸钠为稳定剂,当其投量以S/M(稳定剂与铁和铝的物质的量之比)=0.1时PFAC可稳定存放150 d以上;与PAC、FeCl3相比,PFAC对浊度、COD和氨氮的去除效果较好,但对总磷的去除效果相对较差。
【Abstract】 A composite inorganic polymer coagulant,polyferric aluminum chloride(PFAC),was prepared with waste hydrochloric acid pickling liquor and calcium aluminate through the processes of oxidation,dissolution,polymerization and stabilization.The optimal conditions for preparing PFAC were analyzed,the influence of the stabilizing agent type and dosage on PFAC performance was discussed,and the purification effect of the coagulant on domestic sewage was investigated.The results show that the optimal conditions are as follows: the reaction time is 2 h,the reaction temperature is 65 ℃,and the calcium aluminate dosage is 25 g/300 mL.When the stabilizing agent is Na3PO4 and its dosage is 0.1 S/M(molar ratio between Na3PO4 and the effective composition of PFAC),the deposited time of PFAC reaches more than 150 days.Compared with PAC and FeCl3,the removal rates of turbidity,COD and NH3-N by PFAC are higher,but the total phosphorus removal rate is poorer.
