水分胁迫处理对青花菜幼苗叶片生理生化特性的影响

【摘要】 以青花菜幼苗叶片为试验材料,研究了水分胁迫处理对青花菜幼苗叶片生理生化特性的影响.结果表明:在轻度水分胁助迫(田间持水量的65%~70%条件下,青花菜生长良好,细胞膜透性、丙二醛和游离脯氨酸处于较低的水平,谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸的含量和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性维持在较高的水平,青花菜幼苗的生长没有受到干旱胁迫的影响.在中度水分胁迫(田间持水量的40%~50%)和重度水分胁迫(田间持水量的35%~40%)条件下,幼苗生长不良,甚至死亡,并且随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,细胞膜相对透性和丙二醛的含量,游离脯氨酸含量增加,谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸的含量和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性急剧下降.

【Abstract】 The leaves of broccoli seedling were used for assay the effect of water stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results indicated that the seedling grew well under a lighter water stress(65 %~70 % of soil water content).The membrane permeability,and the content of MDA and proline were at a lower level.The content of GSH and ASA,and APX activity maintained at a higher level.Under moderate(40 %~50 % of soil water content) and severe(35 %~40 % of soil water content) water stress,the seedling grew badly,even to die.With time extension of stress,the membrane permeability,and the content of the MDA and proline increased significantly.The content of GSH and ASA,and APX activity decreased noticeably.
