手术状态下观察家兔胃运动的方法
The observation of the stomach movements in rabbit under the surgery conditions
【摘要】 采用双侧颈总动脉结扎麻醉法,在前腹部手术状态下直接观察家兔胃的运动,清楚地观察到了胃的蠕动波,在角切迹两侧发现了胃的缩细带,初步建立了观察胃运动的手术方法.
【Abstract】 The both-sided arteria carotis communis were used to anesthetize animals in this experiment.The peristaltic waves on the stomach were clearly found,and the shrinking band was also found in the stomach angle.Therefore,this method has initially established the observation gastric motility surgery method.
