【Abstract】 Through 3 rounds of panning with BIU-87 cell associated membrane antigen,we screened the phagemid library for high affinity humanized scFv and 4 clones were obtained as a result.Data from measurement of thiocyanate elution ELISA showed that they had more binding-activity to BIU-87 cell associated membrane antigen than that of starting mouse scFv.And then,we tested and verified their special affinity by sorts of other proteins.更多还原
