螺旋轴中频淬火机床的研制
Development of a machine tool for mid-frequency quenching of spiral shafts
【摘要】 为了实现对螺旋轴中频淬火,对螺旋轴进行运动分析,提出用三轴两联动机床对其进行中频淬火的方法;在对伺服系统研究的基础上,采用计算机数控、步进电机、滚珠丝杠和能量控制器等技术,有效解决了复杂淬火工艺下的运动精度和能量控制问题,研制出具有功能性强、配套性好的螺旋轴中频淬火机床.该机床操作维修方便、高效节能且淬火质量稳定,若对工装条件稍加改动又能对直线型、盘类等工件进行中频淬火,既节约成本,又提高设备利用率.
【Abstract】 In order to implementing mid-frequency quenching of spiral shafts,the kinematics of the spiral shaft was analyzed and a machine tool with three axes and two linkages was presented for mid-frequency quenching.Based on the investigation of servo systems and by using computer numerical control,stepping motors;leading screw with ball bearing,and energy controller,the problems of movement accuracy and energy control concerned to complex quenching technology were effectively settled up and a machine tool with powerful function and good compatibility was developed for mid-frequency quenching of spiral shafts.This machine tool is easy to operate and maintain of high efficiency and energy-saving,and of stable quenching quality.After minute remodeling of its auxiliaries,the mid-frequency quenching of straight shafts and disk-shaped pieces can be completed as well with reduced cost and improved utilization of equipment.
