FePt纳米颗粒的制备与表征

【摘要】 通过化学还原法制备FePt纳米颗粒,研究热处理前后其磁性能的变化.XRD及TEM分析表明,所制备的FePt纳米颗粒为fcc结构,颗粒为类球形且分散性较好,尺寸约为5.0 nm,热处理使FePt纳米颗粒从无序的fcc相变成有序的fct结构.VSM显示所制备FePt纳米颗粒的矫顽力为零,呈现超顺磁性,500℃高温退火处理后矫顽力可达1/(2π)×106A/m.

【Abstract】 FePt nanoparticles were prepared by using chemical reduction method.The effect of annealing treatment on the magnetic properties of FePt was investigated.The results of XRD and TEM confirmed that the as-synthesized FePt nanoparticles were of fcc structure and changed into fct structure after annealing at 500 ℃ for 30 min,and most of the particles were mono-dispersion with a size of around 5.0 nm and spherical in shape.VSM investigation indicated that the as-synthesized FePt nanoparticles were superparamagnetic while the annealing treatment at 500 ℃ for 30 min made its coercivity as high as 1/(2π)×106 A/m.
