二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定空气中二氧化硫
Diphenylcarbazide Spectrophotometric Determination of Sulfur Dioxide in Air
【摘要】 用三乙醇胺为吸收液,采集空气中的二氧化硫。在酸性条件下,二氧化硫与C6+反应,过量的Cr(6+)用二苯碳酰二肼显色测定,以此间接测定空气中微量二氧化硫。最大吸收波长位于550nm,方法的检出限为1.0μg/5mL,线性范围1.2-2.0μg/L,精密度为5.5%。方法简单方便,试剂安全无毒,适用于现场测定。
【Abstract】 Triethanolamine was used as absorbent fluid,sulfur dioxide in the air was absorbed. The absorbed sulfur dioxide reacted with Cr6+,the excessive Cr6+ reacted with diphenylcarbazide and formed a color compound,and was determined by spectrophotometry.So the trace sulfur dioxide in air was determined indirectively at 550nm.The detection limit is 1.0μg/5mL in the linear range of 1.2—2.0μg/L,precision is 5.5%.The method is easy,safe,without toxic reagents.
