【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定养心草中没食子酸、槲皮素和山萘酚的含量。采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长260nm。在选定色谱条件下没食子酸、槲皮素和山萘酚线性关系良好;没食子酸、槲皮素和山萘酚加标回收率分别为98.37%、99.61%、97.81%,RSD分别为2.32%、2.15%、2.20%。方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于控制中药养心草的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gallic acid,quercetin and kaempferol in Sedum aizoon L were determined simutaneously by HPLC.The separation was performed on Hypersil C18 column(4.6mm×200mm,5μm) by gradient elution using methanol(A) and 0.2% phosphoric acid(B) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min with 260nm as detection wavelength,and the temperature of column was 25℃.The good linear correlations of three compounds were found,and the average recoveries of gallic acid,quercetin and kaempferol were 98.37%(RSD=2.32%),99.61%(RSD=2.15%),97.81%(RSD=2.20%),respectively.The method was simple,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Sedum aizoon L..更多还原
