【摘要】 样品用二氯甲烷提取、正己烷纯化、外标法定量,高效液相色谱(HPLC)法检测海虾中呋喃唑酮残留量。本方法校准曲线线性范围为0.01—1.00μg/mL,r=0.9991。检测下限为1.0μg/kg,回收率92.0%—100.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.9%—4.6%。测定方法准确,灵敏,达到了水产品检测的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The furazolidone residue in shrimp samples were extracted with dichloromethane,purified with n-Hexane,and determined with external standard curve,by high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC).The linear rage of method is 0.01—1.00μg/mL,r=0.9991,and test lower limit is 1.0μg/kg.The recovery is from 92.0% to 100.5%.The relative standard deviation is from 2.9% to 4.6%.The method is accurate sensitive,and meets the requirements for determination of the aquatic product.更多还原
