中国观赏类山茶FTIR分类研究
FTIR Study of Camellia Petals
【摘要】 采用傅里叶红外光谱法研究了云南山茶与华东山茶共17个品种的山茶花花瓣。结果显示,傅里叶变换红外光谱主要由蛋白质、脂类化合物及多糖的振动吸收带组成。两类山茶样品的傅里叶变换光谱图整体上十分相似,只是在多糖吸收区域(1200—950cm-1)略有差异,对比该区域的一阶导数谱,差异主要表现在1125—1100cm-1和1070—1000cm-1两个吸收带。选取1200—950cm-1范围内的一阶导数谱进行系统聚类分析分类,并对4000—400cm-1范围内光谱做主成分分析。结果表明傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合化学统计学方法,可用于鉴别云南山茶和华东山茶。
【Abstract】 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to study 17 samples of Camellia reticulate Lindl and Camellia japonical L.The infrared spectrum of sample is mainly composed of the absorption of protein,lignin,aliphatic compound and polysaccharide.The spectrum of the two samples are very similar with a little differentia in 1200—950cm-1.Contrasted first derivative sepctrum of two spaces everage spectrum,the main differentia appear in 1125—1100cm-1 and 1070—1000cm-1.The first derivative sepctrum data of 1200—950cm-1 region identified with clustering analysis and thepreptreated spectra data were analyzed through principal component analysis(PCA).Camellia reticulate Lindl and Camellia japonical L can be identified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
