【Abstract】 A new fading spectrophotometric method for determination of trace nitrites was developed based on the discolor reaction of nitrites to safranine T in sulfuric acid medium.Under the optimized experimental conditions the linear range of 0.02—0.2μg/mL was obtained.The detection limit is 0.014μg/mL.This method was used to determine the nitrites content in food products.更多还原
