间硝基苯磺酰氯绿色合成新技术研究

【摘要】 间硝基苯磺酰氯是一种重要的染料中间体,它由硝基苯经氯磺化反应而得。本文开发了间硝苯磺酰氯新的绿色合成方法。采用自行研制的催化剂和磺化剂,在硝基苯∶氯磺酸∶磺化剂=1.0∶3.4∶0.3(摩尔比)的条件下,收率为89.80%,并使酸性废气、废水量减少了约40%。

【Abstract】 3-Nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride was an important reactive dyes intermediate which was produced from nitrobenzene by chlorosulfonation reaction.A novel green synthesis method of 3-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride was developed.The amount of acidic waste gas and waste water was reduced by 40%.Using the catalyst and sulfonation agent produced by ourselves,the product yield was 89.80% with the molar ratio of nitrobenzene,chlorosulfonic acid and sulfonating agent at 1.0∶3.4∶0.30.
