【摘要】 目的:观察重组人生长激素(rhGH)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)营养不良患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响。方法:60例COPD营养不良的患者随机分治疗组和对照组,两组均给予抗感染、氧疗及营养支持治疗等,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用rhGH,每天皮下注射rhGH(0.1μ/kg.d)连用7~10日,而对照组给予等量的注射用水。治疗前后分别测空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素,并计算两组治疗后胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果:治疗前血糖、胰岛素及ISI组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血糖在治疗后较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组则降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:rhGH治疗COPD营养不良患者会引起血糖升高,胰岛素抵抗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) treating on Insulin resistentance of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with malnutrition.Methods: 60 COPD patients were randomly selected to treatment group and control group.All patients were treated with antibiotic,oxygen therapy and allowance of nutrients.In every evening for 7～10 days,rhGH and aqua pro injection were injected subcutaneously(0.1u/Kg·d)to the patients of treatment group and control,group respectively.Blood sugar and insulin were surveyed before and after the treatment,and insulin sensitive index(ISI) was calculated.Results: Before injection,the difference of blood sugar,insulin and ISI between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),but on the contrary after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,blood sugar of treatment group advanced(P<0.05),but depressed to the other group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of rhGH on COPD patients with malnutrition induced insulin resistance and the increacement of blood sugar.更多还原
