Ni-34Mo-0.5Si-Zr无磁定膨胀合金研究

【摘要】 设计和研究了一种Ni-34Mo-0.5Si-Zr新型无磁定膨胀合金,该合金具有适宜的膨胀系数(9.70×10-6/℃)、极低的磁导率,同时,该合金也是良好的耐腐蚀材料[1],研究了Ni-34Mo-0.5Si-Zr合金的膨胀性能、机械性能、焊接性能[2]以及相关的物理性能和力学性能,研究表明,Ni-34Mo-0.5Si-Zr合金是电真空领域的良好封接材料。
【Abstract】 A new non-magnetic controlled expansion alloy Ni-34Mo-0.5Si-Zr were designed.The expansion coefficient,The permeaability,The physical properties and The mechanical properties of Ni-34Mo-0.5Si-Zr alloy has been studied.The results indicated that Ni-34Mo-0.5Si-Zr alloy is a fine joining materials to ceranic or glass.
