预氧化及热处理温度对中间相炭微球组成和结构的影响
Effects of pre-oxidation and the temperature of heat treatment on composition and microstructure of MCMB
【摘要】 以中温煤沥青为原料,利用热缩聚法制得中间相炭微球(MCMB)。将MCMB在300℃预氧化,利用元素分析、FT-IR、XRD、HRTEM等手段,研究了预氧化后及在不同热处理温度下MCMB组成和结构的变化。结果表明,MCMB预氧化后,氧含量增加,官能团种类增加,微晶结构变差;随着热处理温度升高,杂原子逸出,官能团种类减少,微晶高度和宽度增大,层状结构逐渐规整;当热处理温度为2300℃时,石墨化度为89.53%,MCMB中几乎不存在杂原子,微晶结构极大改善,层间距为0.3363nm,接近石墨层间距,在HRTEM中可观察到显著石墨化条纹。
【Abstract】 Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) were prepared from coal tar pitch by heat condensation in the retort,and then MCMB were stabilized at the temperature of 300℃.Composition and microstructure of MCMB after heat treatment at different temperatures were studied by element analyzer,FT-IR,XRD and HRTEM.Results indicate that oxygen content and functional groups of MCMB increased,while micro-crystal structure became worse after pre-oxidation.With the temperature of heat treatment increasing,hetero atoms emitted,functional groups decreased,La and Lc of micro-crystal increased and microstructure became regular gradually.When the temperature rose to 2300℃,the degree of graphitization of MCMB was about 89.53% and hetero atoms emitted almost all.Accordingly,the spacing of layers of MCMB was 0.3363nm which was close to the spacing of layers of graphite,and the graphitization fringe were showed obviously in the HRTEM photographs.
