纳米xCuFe2O4·(1-x)Fe3O4固溶体的制备与表征

【摘要】 合成了4种不同铜含量的间苯二甲酰二茂铁二乙酰腙配位聚合物(PFZCu),然后在高温(600~800℃)热解制得粒径为10~25nm的固溶体xCuFe2O4·(1-x)Fe3O4(0<x<1),采用XRD、ICP、XPS、SEM及超导强磁计(SQUID)对其进行了系统表征。热解机理分析表明,600℃以上生成的热解产物为四方相纳米混合尖晶石结构固溶体。在5及300K时,xCuFe2O4·(1-x)Fe3O4(x=0.8)的饱和磁化强度(Ms),剩余磁化强度(Mr)及矫顽力(Hc)分别为39.01及36.51、3.19及1.90A·m2/kg;9313.2及4457.6A/m,固溶体的磁参数(Ms,Mr及Hc)随Cu含量的减少缓慢增加。

【Abstract】 Four kinds of diacetyferrocenylisophthalie dihydrazone-cupper(containing different content of copper) coordination polymer (PFZCu) were synthesized successfully,then the nanometer solid solutions in the range of 15-25nm xCuFe2O4·(1-x)Fe3O4 were prepared by pyrolysis at high temperature (400,600 and 800℃,respectively).The products were systemic characterized by XRD,ICP,XPS,SEM and SQUID.Pyrolysis mechanism analysis showed that the products prepared by pyrolysis were tetragonal solid solutions with mixed type spinel microstructure of nanoparticles.When magnetization by an external field at 5 and 300K,they exhibited a saturation magnetization (Ms=39.01 and 36.51A·m2/kg,respectively),residual magnetization (Mr=3.19 and 1.90A·m2/kg) and coercive force (Hc=9313.2 and 4457.6A/m) for xCuFe2O4·(1-x)Fe3O4(x=0.8),but their magnetic parameters (Ms,Mr and Hc) were increased slowly as the decrease of copper content in solid solutions.
