【摘要】 利用高温固相法制备了一系列高温质子导体Srx(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ(0.90≤x≤1.20),并对其物相、微观结构、稳定性、电导率进行了研究。结果表明,x在0.90~1.20范围内,Srx(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ仍然能保持钙钛矿结构;SEM图可以看出随着x的增加,样品的致密性增加;当x>1.03时,材料不稳定,而当x<1.03时,材料非常稳定;非化学计量比的样品的电导率除x=0.90外,均比化学计量比Sr(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ的电导率要高。

【Abstract】 Srx(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ(0.90≤x≤1.20) were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction.The phase,microstructure,sintering behavior,chemical stability and conductivity were investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns showed that Srx(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ still maintain a single perovskite type while x in the range of 0.95-1.20.The sinterability improved with increasing x concentration from SEM photographs.The chemical stability of material was steady while x<1.03,but the material was not unsteady while x>1.03.The nonstoichiometric specimens(make an exception of x=0.90) have higher conductivities than the stoichiometric one(Sr(CeZr)0.9Y0.1O3-δ).
