【摘要】 目的:观察关节镜清理术并中药熏洗治疗骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:对40例(42膝)骨性关节炎患者,采用选择性、有限性关节镜清理术,术后中药熏洗等。结果:40例平均随访10个月,按膝关节综合评分表进行评分,优15例,良17例,可6例,差2例,优良率为80%。结论:关节镜下微创清理术加中药熏洗治疗骨性关节炎,可有效缓解临床症状,改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the rapeutic efficacy and related factor of the debridement for the osteoarthritic knees under arthroscopy in the patients.Methods A total 40 knees were debrided under arthroscopy The procedures included removal of osteophyma,loose body hyperp lastic synovialmembrane,and raw surface of degenerated cartilage,repairing the wornmeniscus,and reshap ing of the intercondylar fossa1 Results 40 patients were followed up for 10 months in average.After selective debridement and lavage of knee joint osteoarthritis,the pain was reolieved and the function and the motion of the jointwere restored in most patients.According to the comp rehensive joint rating system,clinical outcome of 40 knees were excellent in37.5%,good in 42.5%,fair 15%,poor in 5%.Conclusion Selective and limited debridement and lavage were effective methods for osteoarthritive methods for osteoarthritic knees and delayed the pathological p rocess,and improve the knee function.更多还原
