氨合成塔外壳制造过程中质量控制要点
Quality Control for Ammonia Synthesis Tower in Fabrication
【摘要】 氨合成塔是氨合成装置的关键设备,由于反应是在高温、高压、催化的工况下进行的,所以对该设备的材料、制造及密封要求很高。为了保证氨合成塔的制造质量,应加强对该设备从材料的检验、内筒卷制、焊接、探伤、焊后热处理等全过程的质量控制,从而提高筒体制造的整体质量。
【Abstract】 Ammonia synthesis tower is an important equipment of ammonia plant,the working condition is high pressure,high temperature and catalysis,so the requirements for material,fabrication and sealing are strict.For the quality of product,we must control the rechecking of material,shell rolling,welding,NDT,PWHT very well to increase whole quality of the shell.
