三九胃泰颗粒对大鼠的长期毒性试验

【摘要】 目的观察连续给予三九胃泰颗粒(理气健胃中成药)对大鼠产生的毒性及严重程度。方法健康Wistar大鼠分别按体质量随机分为小、中、大剂量(生药15,66.7和133.3 g.kg-1)三九胃泰组和空白对照组。三九胃泰组连续灌胃给药90天;空白对照组给予等量蒸馏水,并于停药后继续观察2周;分别测定大鼠体质量、进食量、血液学、血液生化学,脏器系数及病理组织学变化。结果三九胃泰各剂量组,动物的外观、行为、体质量、脏器系数、血液学和生化指标,与空白对照组比较,均无明显差异;病理检查,未见与药物相关的明显病变;停药后,也未见药物延迟毒性反应。结论三九胃泰颗粒长期用药对大鼠无明显毒性。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the long-term toxicity and severity occurred after administration of Sanjiu weitai granules in rats.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group was orally given with Sanjiu weitai granules at dose of 15,66.7 and 133.3 g·kg-1 daily for up to 90 d,respectively.Blank control group were given same bulk of distilled water.After the withdrawal of the drug,2 more weeks were observed.The rats’ body weight,food intake,hematology,blood biochemistry analysis,and organ coefficients were measured,and the histopathological changes were also observed.Results The outer appearance and behavior,body weights,organ coefficients,the indexes of hematology and biochemistry analysis in rats of drug taking groups showed no significant difference from those of control group.Pathological examination discovered no obvious pathological changes related to drug toxicity and no delayed toxicity reaction after drug withdrawal.Conclusions Sanjiu weitai granules had no obvious toxicity in rats for long-term administration.
