【摘要】 目的观察五水头孢唑啉钠(第1代头孢菌素)预防及治疗成年人各类切口的大、中型整形修复手术术后感染的疗效与安全性。方法成年人Ⅰ、Ⅱ类各种整形手术切口共246例,手术前预防性使用五水头孢唑啉钠1次,术后每日2次,每次静脉滴注2.0 g,疗程3~5天;Ⅲ类切口31例,术前2~3天,开始使用五水头孢唑啉钠,术后继续使用5~7天,每日2次,每次静脉滴注2.0 g。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口均一期愈合,无感染发生;Ⅲ类切口有效率80.6%,与感染菌种相关,总有效率为97.8%。3类切口总共发生轻度恶心等药物不良反应8例,发生率2.97%,未发现过敏反应及药物配伍禁忌。结论五水头孢唑啉钠控制整形外科手术后感染疗效显著,安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cefazolin sodium pentahydrate for prevention and cure the postoperative infection of larger and middle operation of plastic operations.Methods A total of 246 of Ⅰand Ⅱincisal opening patients were administered at a dose of 2 g preoperatively,and the same dose after the operation,bid,for 3 to 5 days.A total of 31 Ⅲ incisal opening patients were administered at a dose of 2 g,bid,2 or 3 days preoperatively,and the same dose after the operation,bid,for 5 to 7 days.Results All the patients of Ⅰ or Ⅱincisal opening were primary healing and no infection.The effective power of Ⅲ incisal opening was 80.6%,effected by the kinds of bacteria.The total effective power was 97.8%.Total 8 cases had adverse drug reaction,the rate of which was 2.97%.No allergic response and chemical incompatibility had been observed.Conclusion The cefazolin sodium pentahydrate had an excellent clinical efficacy and good safety profile in controlling postoperative infection of plastic operations.更多还原
