【Abstract】 On the basis of the principle and programs of the key performance indications set up by state-owned hospital,the paper studied a suitable performance appraisal system for government,community and patients to manage,supervise and evaluate the state-owned hospitals in order to promote state-owned hospitals to follow medical and health principles and policies maintain people’s fundamental benefits,better reflect the "public welfare" and "non-profit" characteristics,which can assure health work developing healthily and sustainably.更多还原
