【摘要】 目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病重度子痫前期孕妇临床病程进展中预警情况。方法:选择2008年1月至2009年6月,在资源县人民医院妇产科进行早、中、晚期规律产前检查的40例妊娠期高血压重度子痫前期患者作为研究组。采用同期正常单胎妊娠80例孕妇作为对照组,记录并分析两组孕妇临床资料。结果:体重指数增长、体重增加、水肿、高血压前期表现、低蛋白血症、蛋白尿研究组与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:过度体重增加、水肿、高血压前期表现和低蛋白血症是妊娠期高血压疾病重度子痫前期发生的预警信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To identify the early warning signs of severe preeclampsia of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.Methods:A case-control observational study was conducted.40 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy,who attended the prenatal clinics of the People’s Hospital of Ziyuan county,from January 2008 to June 2009 were selected as the study group,including first trimester,second trimester and third trimester.The control group consisted of 80 healthy pregnant women at the same period.Clinical data were collected and analyzed.Results:Comparing with the control group,the increase of body mass index;the weight gain;edema;higher percentage of experienced pre-hypertension;the low level of plasma albumin;proteinuria in the study group were significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusions:Excessive weight gain,edema,pre-hypertension and hypoproteinemia are early warning signs of severe preeclampsia of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.更多还原
