【摘要】 目的:采用经腹股沟精索静脉结扎术、高位精索静脉结扎术、超高位精索静脉结扎术3种方法治疗精索静脉曲张,对比不同术式手术前后精液治疗的变化。方法:选择Ⅱ度136例左侧精索静脉曲张患者,随机分为超高位结扎组(42例),高位结扎组(46例),经腹股沟结扎组(48例),随访术后复发和手术前后精子计数、精子活率及精子形态的变化情况。结果:超高位组在精子计数和正常精子形态方面优于高位结扎组。超高位组和高位组在精子计数、精子活率、正常精子形态方面均优于经腹股沟组。结论:超高位精索静脉结扎更有利于术后精液质量的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of three kinds of surgery: suprahigh ligation,high ligation and transinguinal ligation of internal spermatic vein.Methods: 136 patients with degree Ⅱ varicocele were enrolled and divided into 3 groups: suprahigh ligation group(42 cases),high ligation group(46 cases),transinguinal ligation group(48 cases).All the densities,the movements and the structures of the sperms were follow-up before and after operation.Results: Suprahigh ligation group was better than that of high ligation group in densities and structures of the sperms,suprahigh ligation group and high ligation group surpasses that of transinguinal ligation group in densities,movements and the structures of the sperms.Conclusion: Suprahigh ligation of internal spermatic vein is more conducive to the resumption of semen quality.更多还原
