【摘要】 目的:了解碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)在股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)中的表达情况。方法:对缺血性坏死的股骨头进行取材,取材点分别位于A:股骨头缺血性坏死区中心;B:股骨头缺血性坏死区边缘;C:股骨头正常骨质区。标本行组织学检查和bFGF免疫组化检查。结果:A区及C区bFGF无阳性染色。B区:主要以新生的小血管和部分新生骨为主,血管内皮细胞和部分成骨细胞出现细胞核黄染的阳性表现。结论:在ANFH的病理过程中,bFGF缺乏是影响了坏死股骨头修复一个重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH).Methods: Specimen were obstained from A: the center of necrosis;B: the periphery of necrosis;C: the normal district of the femoral head.Immunohistochemistry were conducted to detect cells with bFGF expression.Results: It showed no bFGF expression in A and C district;in B district,could see neovascularization and new bone,positive staining of bFGF in a few osteoblast and endothelial cells.Conclusion: bFGF defect is related to ANFH.更多还原
