【摘要】 目的:评价阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症患者的疗效和副反应。方法:对70例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和喹硫平组治疗8周,采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果:阿立哌唑与喹硫平疗效相当,但其副反应轻,服用方便,依从性好。结论:阿立哌唑治疗女性精神分裂症患者疗效确切,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy and side effects of Aripiprazole and Quetiapine in the treatment of woman schizophrenia.Methods:70 patients of woman schizophrenia were randomly divided into Aripiprazole group and Quetiapine group for 8 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS) and treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS) before and after treatment.Results:The therapeutic efficacy in Aripiprazole group was similar to that in Venlafaxine.The efficacy in Aripiprazole group had fewer side effects,taking conveniently and a good compliance.Conclusion:Aripiprazole is effective in treatment of woman schizophrenia.It is worthwhile generalization and use.更多还原
