【摘要】 目的:建立强氯滴眼液中氯霉素及醋酸泼尼松龙含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用依利特C18(250mm×4.6mm,5mm)为色谱柱。流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水(60∶10∶30),流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为254nm。结果:氯霉素检测浓度在60.08~240.32μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.96%(RSD=0.55%),醋酸泼尼松龙检测浓度在61.24~244.96μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.88%(RSD=1.65%)。结论:本实验建立的同时测定强氯滴眼液中两组分含量的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the HPLC for the simultaneous content determination of Chloramphenicol and Prednisolone Acetum in Qianglu Gutta.Methods:The colum was YiLiTe C18(250mm×4.6mm,5mm).The mobile phase was methanol-actetitrile-water(60∶10∶30).The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min and detection wave length was 254nm.Results:Chloramphenicol and Prednisolone Acetate concentrations were detected in 60.08~240.32μg/ml,61.24~244.96μg/ml linear relationship(r=0.9992 and r=0.9992),average recoveries were 99.96%(RSD=0.55%),99.88%(RSD=1.65%).Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate for the determination of two components in Qianglu Gutta.It can be used for the quality control.更多还原
