改性PVA-CA共混膜的制备与性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Modified Polyvinyl Alcohol-acetic Acid Cellulose Blend Membranes
【摘要】 选用聚乙烯醇、水、乙酸、醋酸纤维素、A、B、C等为原料,用相转换法制备了性能优良的亲水性超滤膜。对制备的膜进行溶胀率、孔隙率以及对O/W型乳液破乳效果测试,并对不同的膜的性能进行分析。研究表明PVA-CA共混膜中添加以上物质可以改善膜的结构,且改善后的膜的综合性能优于PVA-CA共混超滤膜。
【Abstract】 Hydrophilic ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by phase inversion from casting solutions consisting of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),water, acetic acid,acetic acid cellulose, A、B and C. Preparation of the membranes were tested dissolve rate of expansion, the hole rate and to O/W type the lotion break the milk. The material of increase can improve the function of the film; the properties of the later are slightly superior to polyvinyl alcohol-acetic acid cellulose blend membranes
