【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on alliance performance from firm level and discusses the moderating effect of environment uncertainty and firm sizes.The conclusions suggest that(i) it can enhance firm alliance performance to develop and cultivate entrepreneurial orientation;(ii) entrepreneurial orientation can improve alliance performance in uncertain environments more effectively and(iii) small sized firms can use entrepreneurial orientation to improve alliance performance more effectively.更多还原
