【Abstract】 The natural products extraction is the classical experiment in organic experiment.Mainly discussed the method of extracting nicotine from the leaf tobacco combined water-vapor distil and ultrasound,we obtained the best conditions for extracted Nicotine under ultrasound irradiation.Using this method it can reduce extracting time and increase yields.At the same time,it may be very useful for the students establishing and raising the consciousness in environment protection and mastering practical techniques of green-chemistry.更多还原
