水涤脱附条件下改性活性炭脱硫性能研究
Desulfurization Performance of Modified Activated Carbon on the Condition of Desorbing by Water
【摘要】 对MHY30型和MHY40型柱状活性炭在不同温度下进行水蒸气活化,采用负载Zn2+、HNO3氧化2种方法进行改性,并对改性活性炭催化氧化脱除锅炉烟气中SO2的性能进行了实验研究。以水涤脱附条件下的吸附反应空间理论为依据,对实验结果进行了分析,实验结果表明,活性炭改性必须考虑动态吸附容量的变化,孔径分布对水涤脱附条件下的活性炭脱硫性能具有显著影响,当活性炭平均孔径约为4.0~5.0nm时达到最佳脱硫效果。
【Abstract】 Desulfurization performances of MHY30 and MHY40 activated carbon reactivated with steam under different temperature and modified by Zn2+ and HNOs have been investigated.Analysis is done on the basis of reaction space theory under the condition of desorption by water.Results show that the dynamic adsorption capacity must be considered on activated carbon modification;the distribution of aperture has significant influence to desulfurization performance of activated carbon under the condition of desorption by water;best desulfurization effect will realize when average aperture of activated carbon is about 4.0~5.0 nm.
