【Abstract】 This article introduces the configuration features of the first indigenous SG-690/13.7-M451 circulating fluidized bed boiler,and analyzes the important contents and existing problems in the startup commissioning process of circulating fluidized bed.Based on a lot of project commissioning practice,puts forward the following commissioning optimization scheme of: airflow quantity calibration,material resistance tests,steam blow-cleaning,implement of loop seal system,feeding-coal system and up-bed igniting burner etc.更多还原
