国产F92耐热钢焊接接头性能试验与研究
Welded Joints Performance Test and Research of China-made F92 Heat-resistant Steel
【摘要】 对国产F92钢焊接热影响区的粗晶区进行热模拟试验。不同热处理条件后试样的硬度试验,冲击韧性试验和组织分析表明,焊后热处理对改善焊接接头的塑韧性具有显著作用。焊接工艺试验表明,国产F92钢存在一定的冷裂倾向,实际生产宜采用多层多道焊,层间温度的控制也很重要。
【Abstract】 The domestic steel F92 HAZ of coarse-grained zone hot simulation test.Different heat treatment conditions of sample hardness test,impact toughness testing and organizations analysis indicates that,the post-weld heat treatment have a significant role in improving the toughness of welded joints of plastic.Welding procedure tests showed that,there is a certain tendency to cold cracking for Chinese-made steel F92.The actual production should adopt the multi-storey multi-channel welding,inter-layer temperature control is also very important.
