纯低温双压余热发电系统性能分析及参数优化

【摘要】 针对新型干法水泥窑纯低温双压余热发电系统,进一步完善了性能评价方法,以5000 t/d水泥生产过程为实例分析了窑头AQC、窑尾SP余热锅炉废气参数、高压段、低压段蒸汽参数、公共省煤器出口水温对余热发电系统性能的影响以及各参数之间的耦合关系。结果表明:在确定的水泥窑废气参数下,通过对纯低温双压余热发电系统热力参数的优化,能够进一步提高余热发电量。

【Abstract】 Performance Evaluation Method was consummated for dual pressure waste heat recovery generation system of new dry-process cement production.Example of 5000 t/d cement production was chosen to study the effect of exhaust gas conditions entering kiln outlet(AQC) and kiln inlet(SP) waste heat boiler,thermodynamic paramemeters of high,low pressure superheated steam and common economizer outlet water on the performance of power generation system and the coupling relation of these parameters.The results show that more power output may be gained through the optimization of the thermodynamic paramemeters under certain exhaust gas conditions.
