【摘要】 为了对非口腔专业新上岗护士进行培训,提高护士口腔专科知识与技能,帮助其由专业范围普通护理向口腔专科护理转变,适应口腔医院临床护理工作,针对口腔医院专科性突出,新上岗护士口腔专科知识普遍缺乏的现状,制定了新上岗护士具体培训内容及形式,对新上岗的护士进行系统培训。临床科室反馈良好,医生和护士对新上岗护士的临床工作满意度达到81%和85%。更多还原

【Abstract】 This in-service training is specially developed for new nurses who have not professional stomatology background with the aims of strengthening their professional knowledge and skills, facilitating the transfer from general nursing to stomatological nursing, and adapting the clinical care in the stomatogical hospital. In the light of the situations of specific characteristics in the stomatogical hospital and inadequate professional knowledge of new nurses, the systematic training is designed comprising its contents and ways of teaching. A positive reflection from clinical departments is gained and doctors (81%) and nurses (85%) are satisfied with the work of new nurses.更多还原
