【摘要】 目的:研究护理人员分层使用后护理排班管理,尤其夜班、节假日班护理人员的合理使用,保证病人安全。方法:分析该院2004年和2008年出院病人数、平均住院日,同年1～6月的6个护理单元护士长排班表,比较主管护士或护士长关键岗夜班和节假日值班情况。结果:①护士总人数无明显增加,但大专学历以上护士和主管护士比例增加,出院病人数增加,平均住院日缩短。②主管护士值夜班人数明显增加。③主管护士总值班数量(夜班、节假日班)显著增加(P<0.01)。结论:护士岗位级别分类式排班优化护理人员结构,保证夜班及节假日班人力配置,保证病人的护理质量安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the management of nurse scheduling after application of Nurse Grading System, especially focusing on human recourses arrangement on night shifts and holidays to ensure patients’ safety. Method: The annual discharged patients’ number, the average length of hospital stay, nursing quality index and nurse scheduling information of the six care unit from January to June, 2004 and 2008 were collected and analyzed. We also compared the number and ratio of night shifts and holiday shift of in-charge nurses and head nurses between these two periods. Results: ① The total number of nurses did not significantly increase. But the ratio of nurses and in-charge nurses with associate degree increased. The number of discharged patients increased significantly, mean-while the average length of hospital stay shortened. ②The number and ratio of night shifts of in-charge nurses had a marked increase. ③ The total number of in-charge nurses’ shifts increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: Application of classified nurse scheduling model was helpful to ensure care quality and patients’ safety by optimizing human resources arrangement of night and holiday shifts.更多还原
