【摘要】 目的:了解医疗卫生机构消毒状况,提高消毒效果和质量。方法:对全市医疗卫生机构的空气、医务人员手、物体表面、灭菌器械、使用中消毒剂及医院污水等进行监测。结果:2005～2007年牡丹江市医疗卫生机构消毒质量检测共采样3484件,合格3165件,平均合格率为90.58%;各年度平均合格率依次分别为88.98%、89.65%和93.12%,呈逐年上升趋势;3年平均合格率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.37,P<0.005);不同检测项目中以医院污水的平均合格率最低,为68.27%,灭菌器械的平均合格率最高,为98.86%,不同检测项目的平均合格率相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=228.95,P<0.005)。结论:牡丹江市医疗卫生机构近3年的消毒工作质量呈上升趋势,提示消毒工作正逐步完善。但是,医院污水消毒效果尚存在问题,空气、医务人员手的消毒质量有待提高。建议通过加强消毒知识培训、监督、监测及现场指导等以提高消毒工作质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To find out the disinfection status in medical institution and improve disinfection effect and quality.Method:Air,hands of medical staff,objects’ surface,sterile instruments,disinfector on using and sewage in hospital were monitored.Results:Among 3484 samples which were collected and examined in medical institution of Mudanjiang from 2005 to 2007,3165 of them were eligible.The average eligibility rate was 90.58%,and 88.98%,89.65% and 93.12% from 2005 to 2007,respectively.This difference was statistically significant(χ2=13.37,P<0.005).The average eligibility rate of sewage in hospital was the lowest(68.27%) among different inspected items,while average eligible rate of sterile instruments was highest(98.86%),the difference between different items was statistically significant(χ2=228.95,P<0.005).Conclusion:The disinfection quality of medical institution in Mudanjiang was improved gradually in recent years.But there were some problems in sewage disinfection,and the disinfected quality of air and hands of medical staff also need improve.It was suggested that the disinfection quality should be enhanced through multiple ways,such as improving disinfection knowledge training,monitoring,supervising and instructing the disinfection process directly,etc.更多还原
