【摘要】 药物治疗是临床护理工作的重要内容。护士作为药物治疗的直接执行者和观察者,在整个过程中始终处于第一线。分阶段阐述用药的常见错误,分析原因,并从事前、事中、事后3个层次进行管理,确保用药安全。事前规范用药制度,提高护士的责任心,组织学习更新药物知识;事中细化护士用药程序和药品管理方法,加强监督,用一个部门贯穿护士、医生、药师之间的交流与合作;事后明晰责任。安全、合理、有效的临床用药具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drug therapy was very important in clinical nursing,and nurses were always in the first line in the whole process as drug therapy’ direct executors and observers.This article described familiar drug errors,analyzed reasons by stages,and managed them from beforehand,midterm,afterwards in sure of drug safe.It is suggested to standardization systems,enhance nurses’ responsibility and study updated knowledge beforehand;In midterm we should embody drug procedures and managing measures,strengthen supervisor and run through the nurse-doctor-apothecary communication and cooperation;The obligations should be clarified afterwards.On the whole,it is significant to make sure drug safe,drug reasonable and drug valid.更多还原
