【摘要】 目的:了解手术室护士工作压力现状及其亚健康状况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,对北京市一所三级甲等综合医院的70名手术室护士进行调查。结果:手术室护士压力主要来自工作量及工作时间方面;76.9%手术室护士出现亚健康;手术室护士亚健康与工作压力相关;应对方式以积极应对为主。结论:手术室护士工作压力大,存在亚健康症状的人数较多。管理者应重视手术室护士身心健康的维护,促进手术室的护理工作质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the work stress and sub-health status of operating room nurses, and analyze its influence factors. Methods: 70 operating room nurses from a third-grade general hospital were investigated by questionnaire. Results: The work stress of operating room nurses generated mainly from the huge workload and prolonged working hours. 76.9% nurses were in sub-health status. The sub-health status of the operating room nurses was related to their work stress, and nurses coped stress in a positive way. Conclusion: The operating room nurses were under great working stress, and many of them were in subhealth status. The administrators should pay more attention to maintain the physical and mental health of operating room nurses so as to improve the quality of nursing work in the operating room.更多还原
